The Separatist Inn
The Separatist Inn situated on The Great North Road between Bawtry and Retford opened in February 2016 having been fully transformed into a boutique hotel and gastro pub and restaurant. The rooms are totally unique and are named after famous descendants of The Pilgrim Fathers. The Separatist Inn has The Roosevelt, The Eastwood, The Hepburn, The Monroe, The Gere and The Eastman Rooms.
They boutique hotel has just been awarded a 4 Star Silver by the AA for Accommodation and Service Standards and gained a Rosette for Culinary Excellence.
The kitchens are headed up by executive chef Liam Philbin and are open seven days a week for both lunch and dinner. They offer an eclectic modern menu to cater for all tastes.
If you fancy a quiet drink, the lounge bar is open every day from 12 noon. Here, they serve a good variety of draught beers and lagers along with local craft bottled beers, as well as tasty cocktails and a selection of quality wines. The Separatist Inn hosts a large beer garden which is extremely popular in the summer months. You can either dine outside or sit and relax and enjoy a nice cold drink without a care in the world.
